Before Arriving
- The Second floor Champion’s casino will be the only casino open.
- Operating hours will be 10AM to 11PM Sunday to Friday and 10AM to 1AM Friday and Saturday.
- All cars will need to park and enter from the South Parking area.
- South Valet will be open and free with a Champions Card.
- Poker will be closed until further notice.
Entering of the Casino
- Guest will be asked to use the escalators on the Southside of the property. Guests with mobility issues will be allowed to use the elevators in small groups.
- Casino occupancy will be limited based on guidelines provided by the state.
Precautions
- Team Members will be screened daily including temperature checks and given a questionnaire on current symptoms and recent COVID-19 exposure.
- Team Members will receive comprehensive training on proper safety, social distancing, hand washing, cleaning, and disinfecting protocols, including proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment.
- The casino floor has been completely redesigned in an exciting and innovative way to promote distancing and to create a more exciting experience.
- Non-invasive temperature checks will be taken before entering the casino.
- Face masks will be required to be worn properly by guests and team members at all times.
- All hard surfaces and frequent touch points will continually be cleaned.
- Additional hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the casino floor for your convenience.
- For your safety and convenience we have clearly marked areas with floor decals 6 feet apart where our guests’ queue such as the cage, ATMs, TRUs and Champions Club.
Champions Club
- Your current Champions Club point balances have remained the same.
- Your tier status will remain the same until either you move up to the next tier or you haven’t reached the point criteria by December 31, 2020.
